Overview

Indicator that enables improved efficiency at detecting ionized Ar plasma, which can be difficult to detect by the O₂ cleaning-type indicator.

OThis indicator enables improved efficiency at detecting ionized Ar plasma, which can be difficult to detect through the use of an O₂ cleaning-type indicator.
However, an indicator used for O₂ cleaning will yield better results for miscible systems such as radical-controlled plasmas and radical source gases.

  • Surface treatment prior to metal plating
  • Surface treatment prior to wire bonding or flip chip bonding
  • Cleaning prior to under-filling, after the component mounting process
  • Cleaning prior to the sealing of electronic components such as LSIs, memory, MEMS, or LED
